Returns

You may return eligible products within 14 days of receiving your order.

Returned items must:

• Be unused
• Be in their original condition
• Be returned in their original packaging
• Include proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot normally be returned:

• Personalised or customised products
• Gift cards
• Clearance or final sale items where applicable
• Products damaged through misuse

Applicable statutory consumer rights are not affected.

Refunds

Once your returned product has been received and inspected, we will determine whether the refund is approved.

Approved refunds will be processed within 7 business days.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may require additional time to display the refunded amount.

Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or supplied incorrectly.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order details.
